Farmington, NM – Homicide suspect Pedro Lucero was located Tuesday by U.S. Marshals in Mesa, Ariz. after receiving information obtained through a ping warrant from Farmington police detectives.  During the apprehension he was shot and killed. Lucero had a warrant on charges of Murder in the First Degree for a shooting that took place in Farmington on August 1 claiming the life of 24-year-old Francine Delgado and injuring Rebecca Jacquez.

Farmington detectives are still seeking Miguel Hernandez for questioning. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call their local law enforcement.
