Farmington Police Department wants to meet you, citizens of Farmington!

DCU Group 1 6-13-15The Farmington Police Department is working to become better acquainted with the citizens of Farmington through neighborhood outreach. On Friday, September 4 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. the department’s District Coordinator Unit and Code Compliance will go door to door to meet community members. During this time, they will also distribute information packets in an effort to bring awareness to the department’s various programs and services. The packets will include details about FPD’s mobile app, virtual neighborhood watch (Nextdoor.com), volunteer opportunities and programs such as Women Against Crime, Citizens Police Academy and Explorers. This is a great opportunity for the citizens of Farmington to meet the officers, ask questions and learn about FPD’s proactive community policing efforts.

Reaching out to the community we serve to help make Farmington a great place to live, work and play!
