Farmington, NM – A Farmington man is being held at the San Juan County Adult Detention Center on a $225,000 bond as a result of a search warrant executed on July 1 by Farmington Police. Forty two-year-old David Kingsbeck was arrested after a joint investigation by Farmington detectives, FPD’s Gang Unit and Region 2 Narcotics Task Force. Kingsbeck was charged with 18 separate felony offenses ranging from felon in possession of firearms to drug trafficking. The search of Kingsbeck’s residence led to the recovery of stolen dirt bikes and firearms and a wide range of illicit drugs including heroin, marijuana and methamphetamine.
“This was a well planned and executed operation which resulted in the arrest of a person dealing in stolen items and drugs,” said Farmington Police Detective Sergeant Brandon Lane.
The case file will be forwarded to federal agencies for review.
